She excels as a consultant and ecosystem facilitator, fostering the startup community and connecting key players. Alema’s impressive background includes leadership roles in organizations like Startup Grind and the BiH Founders Network, where she organized various impactful events and moderated panels. Currently, she’s exploring private equity and managing investor relations in venture capital.

Chief Marketing Officer
Dino, the Chief Marketing Officer at Elevate, holds a master’s degree in marketing and is renowned for his specialization in SaaS marketing. With 13 years of experience in the fields of marketing, PR, and event organization, he has honed his skills through collaborations with a diverse range of local and international start-ups.

Adna Rokša, serves as a community catalyst at Elevate, bringing a wealth of experience as a project manager with a strong background in “Foundation 787” and Ankora IT company.
