Turn uncertainty into opportunity—fast
Location: Centar za razvoj preduzetništva
Date & Time: June 10, 2025, 10:00 – 14:00
For Founders Looking Beyond the MVP
This workshop is designed for startup founders who have already developed an MVP or early product version, tested with initial users, but are still seeking clear validation of their market, pricing, and target niche.
The session focuses on practical tools for validation, understanding customer needs, defining your ideal user, and testing pricing strategies—so you can avoid unnecessary iterations and enter the scaling phase with the right offer.
The workshop will be held on June 10 at the Center for Entrepreneurship Development (Mechanical Engineering Faculty Sarajevo), in a small, focused format.
Mentoring sessions will take place the following day in an informal setting.
The workshop is limited to 10 teams, allowing for a personalized approach and added value through 1:1 mentoring.

Why Most Products Fail to Catch Fire
Too many promising products fail to gain traction—not because the idea isn’t good, but because execution misses the mark. Explore the key pitfalls below:
🔍 Unclear Customer Needs
If you’re not solving a real problem, users won’t stick around. Understanding what your customers truly need is the foundation of every successful product.
🌪 Complex Market Dynamics
Markets shift fast. Whether it’s new competitors, changing user behavior, or evolving regulations, staying agile is key to surviving and thriving.
🎯 Weak Product Positioning
Your product might be powerful—but if users can’t immediately see the value or what makes it different, you’ll struggle to grow.
📉 Scaling Without Validation
Many startups scale too early. Without testing pricing, product–market fit, or go-to-market strategy, growth becomes unsustainable—and costly.
Your Roadmap to Product–Market Fit
🎯 Nail Your Problem–Solution Fit
Before you build anything, you need to understand your customer’s real pain. Through focused interviews and smart surveys, uncover deep frustrations and unmet needs. By mapping the customer journey, you’ll discover high-value moments where your solution can deliver the most impact.
🚀 Unlock Your Product–Market Fit
Your product deserves a strong and compelling Unique Selling Proposition (USP). Craft a message your niche can’t ignore—and back it up. Use A/B testing, smoke test landing pages, and pricing experiments to validate real market demand and fine-tune your offer.
🧪 Master Proven Testing Frameworks
Build, measure, learn—quickly and effectively. Create rapid prototypes, concierge MVPs, and pilot programs. Track key metrics like click-through rates, conversion funnels, and waitlist growth. Use pricing models like Van Westendorp and Gabor-Granger to find your ideal price point.
By the End of the Day, You’ll Walk Away With:
- A validated Ideal Customer Profile (demographics, behaviors, motivations).
- A sharply defined niche where you can dominate.
- A step-by-step Product–Market Fit strategy ready to implement and scale.
Hands-On, Real-World Learning
No theory overload—only practical methods you can apply immediately:
- Lean customer interviews and problem-statement validation
- Lightning-fast landing-page builds and tests
- Quantitative pricing experiments with real prospects
